Process
Construction sand production line is mainly composed of crushing,
screening, conveying, washing equipment. The bulk materials enter
the primary crushing equipment through the feeding equipment, and
then further crush the materials through the secondary or
multi-stage crushing, and then enter the sand making machine for
the final crushing operation. The crushed materials are classified
by the screening equipment and the finished construction sand with
a particle size of 0.5-6mm is obtained. If the finished sand
contains a certain percentage of soil, the sand shall be washed to
meet the requirements of qualified products.
