The suspension preheater is mainly used as the heat exchange device in the dry process rotary kiln system. And in this suspension device, the dry raw meal and hot air flow from the rotary kiln can exchange heat and then be separated from each other.

Suspension Preheater Main functions:

Make full use of heating raw material from rotary kiln and calciner hot gas stream to conduct preheating and part decomposition of carbonate. Then continue preheating and decomposition in the rotary kiln and calciner and finish clinker firing. Therefore it must have the following three functions: make gas-solid two-phase dispersed sufficiently; rapid heat transfer; efficient separation. We can improve efficiency with the functions and create conditions for the whole kiln system quality, high efficiency, low consumption.
